HCS builders Ltd was incorporated in
May 1992 by Mr Peter Hammond who still takes a leading
role in overseeing that every project meets the quality
and standards set by our clients and Mr Hammond.
Mr Hammond has been in the construction industry for over
50 years and is himself a master joiner learning his trade
from his father, who was a master builder.
HCS was predominantly aimed at the refurbishment side
of the construction industry, and after completing several
projects for clients on time and to budget the scope for
the company widened to incorporate new build and bespoke
home construction. We are fully NHBC registered, and can
tackle any development from design through to completion.
In the last three years alone HCS has developed and successfully
completed the construction of 10 quality homes ranging
in value from £200,000 to £2.6 million.
Over three quarters of all orders to HCS are repeat business
from existing clients. This is testament to the quality
of service and commitment that we have for all of our
existing and new clients.
We can now offer
the same quality, commitment and services to most of the
UK regions, which in the past was primarily limited to
London and the southeast.
Even before the Northern division opened HCS builders
successfully completed several projects throughout the
UK notably the refurbishment of a restaurant and pub in
Sunderland, and for the same client, a restaurant in Bristol.
Safety health and the environment are of prime concern
to HCS, and as of to date HCS have a zero reportable accident
record. We have incorporated a waste-recycling programme,
for all projects, and only used the latest technologies
in regard to safety, health and the environment.
All of our personnel are fully qualified, each holding
the relevant CSCS cards and health and safety certificates.
We also offer full compliance in relation to mechanical
and electrical installations, along with all guarantees,
insurance cover and certificates. |
